Manage Download Emails for Digital Products

This page provides you with the steps that will need to be followed to either reset a customer's download limits or resend download emails to customers who have purchased our digital/PDF products (Example: Position Specific Compensation Reports)

1. Log on to https://www.columbiabooks.com/admin/login.aspx

2. Your login screen look like below image with less number of items to access

3. Navigate to the “Order” section.

4. Choose “Download Data”.

5. Search for the customer’s order using the email or order# (Multipub order#).

6. Check the box on the left hand side to do one of the following:

1. 1. Send Download Link: Will email customers the download instructions

   2. Reset Download Counter: Will reset the download count to 0(zero)

   3. Checkbox “Restrict UserTo Download”: Will restrict the user to download
