This page will list all the manual tasks we are doing for APC. Few customization we have done where we are getting emails and need to perform tasks accordingly. Details for each tasks are provided separately.
1. Fuzzy Dupe Error Subscriber Entry in Multipub - For details visit - APC Manual Task - Fuzzy Dup error
2. Overlapping orders
If any subscriber having two active orders then daily scheduler will send email with subject line "APC - More than one Active overlapping Orders" to Yogesh, Shetal, Monica and Vish.
Yogesh need to cancel previous active order with order status 16.
3. APC MAG - Multipub Order XML for Order No: XXXX- Error
Chetna need review email and need to add order through API, if any suscriber status issue or need to update any subscriber details need to contact Yogesh.
