Steps for Uploading on-demand recordings and handouts in CBI admin panel
We get recordings from BeaconLive website after live webinar is completed. We have different URLs as below, for different CBI sites in beaconlive.

Step 1: Go to site URL for which you would like to upload recording in CBI admin.
Step 2: You can see list of webinar recordings, find webinar by name or webinar date.
Step 3: Open .mp4 file and save into your local drive.
Note: we are not uploading .mp3 or .wav file in CBI admin.
Steps for upload recordings into CBI admin panel:
Step 1: Login with any 'admin' user or 'webinar team' user(site URL: https://www.columbiabooks.com/admin/login.aspx).
Step 2: Open 'Catalogue' tab.
Step 3: Open sub menu 'On Demand Recording'
Step 4: Select/Search any Live Webinar and click on ProductName(for open in edit mode).
Step 5: Upload any recording into 'OnDemand Recording' (.mp4 format - which is downloaded in above steps).
Step 6: Upload any handout into 'OnDemand Handout' (.pdf, .doc files).
Note: For merge webinar we upload recording only into main webinar, no need to upload into child webinar.

Go to Configuration -> Send webinar reminder mail
