Trigger Dial-In Instruction Emails

This page describes the steps to follow to trigger dial-in instructions email to customers who have purchased Live or OnDemand webinars

1. Log on to https://www.columbiabooks.com/admin/login.aspx

2. Your login screen look like below image with less number of items to access

3. Navigate to the “Reports” section.

4. Chose one of the dial-in instruction email you wish to send.

5. Search for the customer’s order using the popular fields, email or order# (Multipub order#).

6. Check the box “Send E-mail” and click the button “Send Email”.
