Steps for sending emails to customers for fulfillment of Almanac E-books (First time when we do product in in Multipub)
Currently all orders of product in Multipub is with status 05 as this is yet not shipped/delivered.
Steps to follow to send emails:
1. Upload epub and mobi file in USCH admin & check is downloadable product to TRUE.
Note: Once this step is done, all new orders would be getting emails with the order confirmation.
2. Take data of all orders for product code from MP back-end with status 5 & 30. Import those orders into USCH admin (through back-end add required columns), while importing keep download sent link = False.

NOTE : Take data of ship to subscriber (No need for bill-to)
3. Once we import data into USCH admin, @yogeshmavadia can mark the product as in in Multipub.
4. Send email from interface by selecting check boxes of imported orders from the menu Order -> Almanac Comp. Download
